3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Set up criminal, pornographic, or drug-related affiliate programs.
• Make false claims about their products or services.

Users found engaging in prohibited activities will have their accounts permanently banned with no opportunity for recovery.

3.2 Honest Marketing Practices Users who join affiliate programs must:

• Market honestly and accurately.
• Respect the intention of the user who set up the program.

Attempts to cheat the system or deviate from the mutually beneficial relationship between the user who set up the program and the user who joined will be punished severely, up to and including permanent account closure.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms & Conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability
